Returns/Exchanges/Refunds for Online Registrations through AthletesLounge

AthletesLounge.com does not refund, return, or exchange Online Registrations. Please contact the Race Director concerning refunds, returns, or exchanges of registrations done through AthletesLounge.com.

Returns/Exchanges/Refunds for Merchandise Purchased at AthletesLounge

This does not include online registrations through AthletesLounge.com.

We believe in offering the Very Best ...Value, Quality and Selection. If an item you purchase from AthletesLounge does not meet your expectations, simply return it to us for a refund or exchange within 90 days from date of purchase. Please include the orignal invoice along with the unused product and original packaging. Please follow the Return or Exchange directions below.

To Return or Exchange an item

1. Contact our Customer Support for a Return ID. Write the Return ID on your invoice where specified.

2. Box the item securely. The original invoice is required. Enclose the invoice plus all original packaging and accessories.

3. Mail the box to our address as indicated on the invoice.

4. We will issue a credit to the original credit card for the cost of the item. Please allow 10 to 15 business days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. Shipping charges are not refundable, and shipping will be charged for any new items(s) sent.

Other Return Information

If we made an error on your order we will fix the order immediately at no charge to you. If you made an error in your order, unfortunately we cannot issue a return or refund because we are unable to recover our cost on special order items. We do our best to minimize the chance for errors by helping you collect the necessary information to process your order.

Problems With Your Order

An Item Is Missing You may receive more than one shipment when you place an order with multiple items. You will not incur additional shipping charges for the split shipment. The invoice enclosed with your order indicates which items shipped. If you have additional questions please feel free to contact our Customer Support.

My Order Didn't Arrive Orders shipped through Federal Express or UPS can be tracked. Contact our Customer Support for any information you require concerning the whereabouts of your order.

An Item Is Damaged or Defective Your satisfaction is our number one priority and if an item does not meet your expectations, simply return it to us. You will be refunded for the cost of the item.
